I bought the wrong theme because of the name similarity. yes it's my fault but themeforest or seller didn't help for refund. I paid for a theme that I will not use.

bad support

I bought the "Edumy - Premium Moodle LMS Theme" template and the support is terrible it took more than 10 days, like me there are many clients who have the same problems, you should worry that your template providers can give support and respond to the people who buy on your platform.

It is extremely difficult to navigate editing certain areas. A basic video to accompany some guidance. I am a novice and it is very difficult to edit the header for example. There is no info on how to do it

It is hard to say... they have sucky support I can tell you that... they take your money and give you no product in a timely manner you have to email support repeatedly and hope for a reply.
